1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Path Financial, operated by Path Financial LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at https://usepath.finance/. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

“Service” means the Path Financial website, web application, and all related tools and features.

“Account” means the unique account created for you to access the Service.

“User” or “you” means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.

“Company” refers to Path Financial LLC.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

Path Financial is currently offered free during early access. We reserve the right to introduce pricing in the future, with notice to existing users. If and when pricing takes effect, all purchases will be final; refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at legal@usepath.finance.

We reserve the right to change our pricing model in the future. Any changes will be communicated to existing users before taking effect.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. No Financial Advice

Path Financial is a financial modeling and visualization tool provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

The projections, forecasts, and calculations generated by the Service are based solely on the data you input and use mathematical models that involve significant assumptions. They are not guarantees of future performance or outcomes.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions. You agree not to rely on the Service as a substitute for personalized professional advice.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit unsolicited communications or spam.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path Financial LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Path Financial LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the Service. Your continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
